Learning is done at the home. Students memorize and take tests, just like a private school. The difference is in location—learning is all done in the home. The parent works with a curriculum provided by a well know homeschool company. This method is chosen by families who do not want their children in public school. This method is also chosen by parents for religious reasons. Some families keep their children at home because of the lack of moral and character training at public schools.
