Public School Exit

Learning centers are places to receive tutoring, test prep, a range of skills and/or enrichment programs. A learning center may include extracurricular activities and electives for credit. For example, some programs may include art, drama, math, science, writing, literacy, reading, computers, music lessons, dance, woodworking, cooking, chess and so much more.

Most important, teachers are actively engaged with the students, with the centers providing a structured environment for children.

If you feel unqualified to teach a particular subject or if you desire to expose your child to a new skill, this is a good option. Research organizations in your area.
